Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the the Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act of 24 February 2012. In particular, the Act repeals paragraph 3 of article 8.
Furthermore, the Act introduces some amendments to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act of 20 October 2015. In particular, to articles 45 an item 13a dealing with disposal of old electrical appliances is added. The text consists of 3 articles.
