Abstract
This Act aims to ensure transparent and regulated energy supply in Berlin and to clearly define responsibilities and tasks of the state regulatory authority in the field of energy industry according to the Energy Industry Act (AGEnWG) of March 6, 2006. The text consists of 5 Articles.
