Abstract
The present Act implements the Convention on Conduct of Fishing Operations in the North Atlantic of 1 June 1967. Article 2 establishes that the Federal Minister of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection and the Federal Minister of Traffic, Building and Town Planning is empowered to issue special regulations without consent of the "Bundesrat" concerning the marking of fishing gear and the use of signals. The text consists of 8 articles.
