Abstract
This Law provides for the implementation of the EU Regulations on the basic amount of the grassland premium, an additional amount grassland and cow premium. The Act defines milk producer as a farmer who produce milk and market it in April of each year. The Law further provides for definitions of grassland, grassland premium, additional grassland premium and cow premium based no the regulations verified under EU regulations. The Law provides as well for fine regulations in case of illegal acts. This Law consists of 12 Articles and one attachment.
