Abstract
The present Act amends the following Acts and Ordinances as far as the enforcement of the above-mentioned Directive is concerned: Federal Immission Protection Act in its version of 17 May 2013; the Environmental Impact Assessment Act in its version of 24 February 2010; Legal Remedy Environment Act in its version of 8 April 2013; Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980. The text consists of 6 articles.
