Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Saxon Waste Management-Soil Protection Law in its version of 31 May 1999. In particular, the Regulation implements article 8 of the afore-mentioned Law dealing with exemption of contaminated sites. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Requirements of consent (2); Conditions of granting consent (3); Time-cost plan (4); Granting consent (5); Entry into force (6).
