Abstract
Considering the friendly relations between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Namibia and wishful to contribute to the social and economic development of Namibia, Germany enables the Government of Namibia or other by both Parties selected beneficiaries to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for the project “Programme Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency”. This project may not be replaced by another one. The text consists of 5 articles.
