Abstract
Considering the friendly relations between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Palestine Liberation Organization, Germany enables the Palestine Liberation Organization to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for the following projects: a) Waste Management Programme; b) Water Losses Reduction Programme; c) Waste Water Disposal.
