Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda on financial cooperation 2009.

Considering the friendly relations between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and wishful to contribute to the social and economic development of Congo, Germany enables the Government of Congo or other by both Parties selected beneficiaries to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for, inter alia, the following project “Macro-Economic Programme Support within the framework of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy. However, the eligibility of the project has to be determined and the project may be replaced by others by common agreement of the contracting parties. The text consists of 5 articles.
