Abstract

The Commission is authorized to prepare documents related to boundary inspections, including protocols, maps, and reports. It is also responsible for making decisions regarding the marking of the frontier and the relocation of endangered boundary signs. The document stipulates that any changes to the boundary must be approved according to the domestic laws of each Contracting Party, ensuring compliance with established legal frameworks. The Agreement consists of 29 Articles.
