Abstract
The present Ordinance of the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is made both under the Federal Agricultural Market Structure Act (BGBl. I p. 917) and the Agricultural Market Structure Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 3998). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned federal legislation. The text consists of 2 articles.
