Abstract
The document is a state Treaty between Berlin and Brandenburg regarding agricultural administration and rural development. According to the Treaty Berlin transfers tasks related to EU agricultural funds (EGFL, ELER, EMFF) to Brandenburg, including planning, implementation, and special support measures. Financial corrections by the EU are shared between Berlin and Brandenburg based on the ratio of aid paid to beneficiaries. Brandenburg is responsible for conducting on-site checks to ensure compliance with EU cross-compliance regulations for Berlin beneficiaries. The text consists of 19 Articles.
