Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Biological Waste Ordinance in its version of 4 April 2013 (BGBl. I p. 658). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 2 articles.
