Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Aircraft Noise Act (BGBl. I p. 2551). In particular, as a result of a detailed study, the Ordinance establishes new noise protection zones (two in the daytime and one at night). The text consists of 5 articles and 4 Annexes.
