Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection against aircraft noise. The Ordinance applies to constructions which may be erected in noise protected areas. The Ordinance – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following aspects: introduction, sphere of application, principles, requirements for sound insulation, fulfilment of requirements, and entry into force.
