Amending Act on the interpretation of federal legislation in respect of the Federal Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection.

The present Act introduces some Amendments to the following Acts: the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Codex of 1 September 2005 (BGBl. I p, 2618); Act on a Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food of 2 August 1994 (BGBl. I p. 2018); Land Lease Act of 8 November 1985 (BGBl. I p. 2075).the Land Parcel Act of 28 July 1961 (BGBl. I p. 1091); Hop Act of 21 October 1996 (BGBl. I p. 1530); the first sentence of the Animal Disease Act in its consolidated version of 22 June 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1260); article 17 of the Animal Protection Slaughtering Ordinance of 3 March 1997 (BGBl. I p.406). Moreover, the Ordinance repeals the Ordinance on certain vegetable oils and fats of 24 February 1994 (BGBl. I p. 339).
