Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Facilities Register Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1320). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 3, point 7, dealing with information whether the power produced by a facility is used by the same or by a third party, and article 9 concerning duties and tasks of network operators.
