Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Code of 1 September 2005 (BGBl. I p, 2618), in its version of 3 June 2013. In particular, the Act amends articles 2, 3, 9, 10, 39, 58 and 59 as far as the implementation of EU-directives is concerned.
Article 2 of the Act introduces some amendments to the Contaminants Ordinance o 19 March 2010. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 6 dealing with the implementation of certain EU-directives. The text consists of 3 articles.
