Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Saxony Animal Protection Implementing Law of 6 January 2004. In particular, article 1 establishes the competent authorities under the afore-mentioned Law responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 2 articles as follows: Competent authorities (2); Entry into force and repeal (2).
