Animal Welfare Dog Ordinance.

This Ordinance applies to the keeping and breeding of dogs. The Ordinance requirements for holding a dog include sufficient outdoor exercise outside of a kennel, contact with the person who keeps or looks after the dog and regular contact with fellow dogs. This Ordinance further provides for requirements for keeping when breeding, keeping outdoors, keeping in rooms and room units, requirements for kennel maintenance, feeding and care. This Ordinance consists of 14 Articles (Article 11 is repealed).
