Abstract
The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Then it treats issues such as protective measures to be taken against the disease. All plants producing and storing honey must be inspected by the competent authority; rooms and equipment must comply with certain hygienic requirements. Once the disease is officially ascertained, certain protective measures must be taken. Finally, the Ordinance sets out penalties in case of violation. The Ordinance consists of 17 articles divided into 7 Parts.
