Abstract
This Law aims to empower animal welfare organizations to ensure that government actions align with animal protection laws. The recognized organizations under this Law have the right to provide input on administrative decisions related to animal welfare and to challenge actions that violate animal protection laws, constitutional provisions, or EU regulations concerning animal welfare. The Law outlines the rights of the recognized animal welfare organizations to participate in administrative procedures related to animal welfare and to challenge the actions or omissions of Berlin authorities in court . The Law consists of 4 Articles.
