Abstract
The Act regulates the fees and expenses for the disposal of animal by-products and derived products. The competent authority collects fees from the owners of these products for measures such as collection, storage, treatment and final disposal. The fees are calculated on the basis of the costs incurred and recycling proceeds. The reporting obligations and data transfer between the parties involved are precisely defined in order to ensure that the disposal facility is used in accordance with the polluter-pays principle. The Senator for Health, Women and Consumer Protection is authorized to regulate the harmless disposal of pet animal carcasses. The text consists of 4 Articles.
