Bremen State Building Ordinance.

This ordinance applies to buildings, construction products, land, and other facilities specified within its provisions or related regulations and excludes certain items such as public transportation facilities, pipelines for public utilities, cranes, exhibition stands, and shelves within buildings. The ordinance provides rules for development of properties, building structure, and building materials, fire resistance components, supervising authority and approval procedure. Article 57 of the ordinance specifies the supervisory authority that is responsible for building regulations and construction technology, and for climate protection, environment, mobility, urban development, and housing.
