Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Maritime Jurisdiction Act in its version of 26 July 2002 (BGBl. I p. 2876). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees charged for navigation on the Kiel Canale. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
