Abstract
The present Act implements the Directive 2009/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the geological storage of carbon dioxide of 23 April 2009. The text consists of 46 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Transport (2); Permanent storage (3); Liability and precaution (4); Connection and third-party access (5); Research (6); Final provisions (7). Two Annexes are enclosed.
