Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Chemicals Act of 16 September 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1146) and the Toxic Contamination Information Ordinance of 17 July 1990 (BGBl. I p. 1424). In particular, the Ordinance appoints the various authorities and offices responsible for the efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act and Ordinance. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
