Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the comparison between costs and benefits in heat and powers system and the recycling of industrial waste heat in heating and cooling systems. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Costs-benefits comparison (2); Approval of competent authority (3); Final provisions (4).
