Clean Vehicles Procurement Act (SaubFahrzeugBeschG).

The Act aims to promote the use of clean and energy-efficient road vehicles and reduce emissions in road traffic. It sets minimum targets for the procurement of clean light commercial vehicles and defines emission limits for various vehicle classes. Contracting authorities and federal sector contracting authorities must ensure that these minimum targets are met. Additional data must be provided to document the implementation of the directive to promote clean and energy-efficient road vehicles. The federal government's administrative regulations are intended to ensure that the minimum targets are met, also taking into account obligations under the Federal Climate Protection Act and the Climate Protection Program 2030.
