Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Codex in its version of 26 April 2006 (BGBl. I p. 945). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles.
