Abstract
The present Act lays down provisions relating to the improvement of health-related consumer information. Article 1 establishes that everyone shall have access to information concerning issues related to the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Codex. In accordance with this law, everyone is entitled to free access to all data about issues verified in Article 2. Conflicting public and private interests that will make exclusion, are verified in Article 3. The text consists of 7 Articles as follows: Scope of application (1); Access to information (2); Exclusion and limitation (3); Application (4); Decision on the Application (5); Granting of information (6); Fees and costs (7).
