Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Direct Support Scheme Obligations Act in its version of 28 April 2010 ((BGBl. I p. 588) and the Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes for farmers under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers of 19 January 2009. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the nomination of competent surveying authorities in view of the implementation of the common agricultural policy. In particular, article 1 establishes that the control of the correct payments is incumbent to the Agriculture, Environment and Rural Areas Office. The text consists of 3 articles.
