Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to deep drilling, deep stocking and the extraction of mineral resources by drilling in the Land Hamburg. In particular, the Ordinance applies to the establishment of mining industries extracting or stocking oil, natural gas and other minerals; as well as to other drillings subject to mining provisions.
