Abstract
The present Act enforces the Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy of 17 December 2013. In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to distribution of subsidies to farmers in difficulties. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General and common provisions (1); Rules for individual direct payments (2) covering issues of basic premium scheme, payment for land management practices conducive to climate and environmental protection, payment for young farmers and redistribution premium and small producer scheme; Final provisions (3). One Annex is enclosed.
