Eco-Participation Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Ecological Production Act of 7 December 2008 (BGBl. I p. 2358) and Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to specific tasks of competent authorities responsible for the execution of the aforementioned legislation.
