Abstract
The present Act implements the Council Regulation (EEC) 2092/91 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs. Control and supervision shall be co-ordinated by the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food. The text deals with aspects such as control of productions, notification of production, approval, registration of organic production. The text consists of 15 articles.
