Abstract
Article 1 of the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Wine Ordinance in its consolidated version of 14 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1583). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 18 concerning the implementation of EU directives; article 32c on the production of wine and Annex 7a containing a list of substances.
Furthermore, the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to Wine Inspection Ordinance in its consolidated version of 14 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1666). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 30 dealing with implementation of EU directives.
Moreover, the Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance implementing community law on wine in its consolidated version of 7 August 2001 (BGBl. I p. 2159). Articles 2, 5 and 7 are amended, as well as Annex 10.
