Abstract
Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that the competent emission protection authorities are entrusted with the execution of the Federal Emission Control Act of 26 September 2002 (BGBl. I p. 3831). The text consists of 12 articles as follows: Emission control authorities (1); Establishment and running of facilities needing an authorization (2); Establishment, running and marketing of facilities not needing an authorization (3); Competent authorities for industries (4); Competent authorities executing the Act implementing the EC directive 96/82 of 9 December 1996 (5); Statement of emissions (6); Nature of facilities, fuels and combustibles (7); Monitoring and improvement of air quality (8); Monitoring (9); Experts (10); Competences of the presiding committee of Freiburg (11); Entry into force (12).
