Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement the Federal Emission Protection Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees on behalf of competent authorities for official acts in the sphere of control of air pollution. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
