Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Energy Savings Act of 22 July 1976 and the Energy Savings Ordinance of 24 July 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient enforcement in the Land Nordrhein-Westfalen of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competences (1); Obligation to provide proof (2); Exceptions and exemptions (3); Exceptions for buildings of public bodies (4); Penalties (5); Entry into force (6).
