Abstract
The present Law enforces the Federal Energy Security Act 1975 of 20 December 1974 ((BGBl. I S. 3681). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to competences of authorities in the Land Baden-Württemberg in view of the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
