Abstract
The purpose of this Law is to establish the legal framework for free access to environmental information for bodies subject to information and for the dissemination of this environmental information. In accordance with this Law, every person is entitled to free access to environmental information while access can be opened by providing information, granting access to the file or in any other way. Article 2 provides for bodies subject to information, control, all data about environmental information and a body subject to information. The Law further refers to application procedure, rejections, legal protection protection of public interest, informing the public, environmental status report and monitoring. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Access to information upon application (2); Reasons to decline an application (3); Diffusion of information on the environment (4); Final provisions (5).
