Abstract
The Regulation determines how agricultural areas should be classified and designated based on their erosion hazard by wind and water. The Regulation provides detailed information on the classification of areas and the notification of farm owners about erosion hazards. Additionally, it specifies the main wind direction to better assess the erosion hazard by wind. The Regulation is important for protecting agricultural areas from erosion damage and promoting the sustainable management of agricultural land.The annex to the regulation contains specific details about various plots and their erosion hazard by wind. The text contains 5 Articles and provides for classification and designation of erosion-prone agricultural areas; information of farm owners; and main wind direction.
