Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 ((BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to concession royalties and extraction charges in the mining industry. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Levying, payment and determination of market value (I); Minerals, extraction royalties (II); Minerals, extraction royalties for petroleum (III); Final provisions (IV).
