Abstract
The Ordinance defines at the outset its sphere of application and contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Article 2 lists admitted substances and article 3 deals with maximum residue values as specified in Annex 3. Then, the Ordinance deals with issues such as marking and labelling. Finally, the Ordinance indicates the penalties in case of violation. The text consists of 9 articles and 4 Annexes.
