The purpose of the present Ordinance is to provide for the implementation of the Federal Game Protection Ordinance of 4 March 1986 (BGBl. I p. 2040). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of regional authorities responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Federal Ordinance.
