Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences and authorizations transferred to authorities in Baden-Württemberg in view of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 3 articles.
