Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Energy Industry Fees Ordinance of 14 March 2006 (BGBl. I p. 540). In particular, the Ordinance amends the Annex by adding 2 items after number 4.39 all relating to fees that shall be charged for official acts on behalf of the Federal Network Agency. The text consists of 2 articles.
