Abstract
The above-mentioned Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance implementing common fishery rights within the EU of 17 January 1989 (BGBl. I p. 100). The amendments concerns mainly the addition of articles 4a, 4b and 4c relating to fishing of certain species with special nets. Article 5 is also amended. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
