Abstract
The amendment of the above-mentioned Act introduces some amendments to the Plant Varieties Act of 11 December 1985 (BGBl. I p. 2170). The amendments concern article 1 on "Conditions for plant protection", article 6 dealing with "New varieties", article 13 on "Duration of protection periods", article 41 on "Transitional provisions". The Act consists of 5 articles.
